Personal data is retained until the award ceremony in October 2026 and deleted thereafter. Winning entries may be published in marketing contexts — in that case you will be contacted in advance for approval.

Who has access to the data?

The data is accessible to the working group behind Student Embedded Award and the jury members. The data is not shared with third parties.
